If you receive a crash, module violation, or other error while activating or disabling your license, there may be a problem with your communications environment.
Please check if there is no problem with the communication environment.

If the system crashes immediately after starting up, you may be able to solve the problem by sending the system information of the operating environment. Contact us with the information including the operating system used and PC environment information.
