The affecting side is called \u201cParent\u201d, and the affected side \u201cChild\u201d<\/p>\n<p>With the \u201cOPTPiX SpriteStudio\u201d, this relation is called \u201c(the relation of ) Inheritance\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>For example, the human right hand possesses:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" class=\"size-full wp-image-520 aligncenter\" height=\"238\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webtech.co.jp\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/ParentChild01_en.png\" style=\"\" title=\"\" width=\"215\" \/><\/p>\n<p>the above parent-child relation.<\/p>\n<p>In principle, there are following rules of the \u201cParent-Child Relation\u201d.<\/p>\n<div>\n<ul class=\"simple\">\n<li>The \u201cParents\u201d possessed by \u201cChild\u201d is singular, but the \u201cChildren possessed by Parents\u201d are not always singular but plural (In the above example, like the parts of the \u201chand\u201d there happens to be plural children.)<\/li>\n<li>In case Parent possesses plural children, Child is affected by Parent but not affected by children one another.<\/li>\n<li>Parent never directly affects \u201cChild\u2019s Child\u201d (In the above example, the \u201cUpper arm\u201d never directly affects the \u201cHand\u201d). To the last, the \u201caffect given to Child by Parent\u201d will simply be inherited in the form as follows: \u201cThe effect given to Child by Parent\u201d is simply inherited as if the Child who has grown up to Parent \u201ctransfers self\u2019s movements to Child\u201d in the form of the \u201cPropagation of Influence\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Based on these rules, in the above examples, the influences are:<\/p>\n<div>\n<ul class=\"simple\">\n<li>Upper arm -&gt; Forearm<\/li>\n<li>Forearm -&gt; Hand<\/li>\n<li>Hand -&gt; Thumb<\/li>\n<li>Hand -&gt; Pointing finger<\/li>\n<li>Hand -&gt; Middle finger<\/li>\n<li>Hand -&gt; Third finger<\/li>\n<li>Hand -&gt; Little finger<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>existing respectively in the form of the \u201cPropagation of Influence\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>This \u201cParent-Child Relation\u201d becomes important factors especially when creating animations having the joints\u2019 structure or attachments (For Example, \u201cThe hand has something.)\u201d<\/p>\n<p>With the \u201cOPTPiX SpriteStudio\u201d, by using the \u201cNULL parts\u201d, this \u201cParent-Child Relation\u201d can be created effectively.
