Wire Transfer: Mizuho Bank, Ltd., Japan Please provide us your company name and purchase order number when you process wire transfer. * Please note that the transfer amount does not include bank fees, which are paid by the sender.  Credit Card: "VISA" and "Master Card" We can only withdraw Japanese Yen, and we are unable to know the rate our credit card company would apply for the day we charge you. The only way we can do is to convert the total price in US dollar into Japanese Yen of today's rate. | 5. Return Your Current iMageStudio Hardware Key to Web Technology Corp. | 1) Please send your current iMageStudio license(s) to be upgraded back to Web Technology Corp. (in Japan). 2) Please use a traceable shipping method (e.g. FedEx) when you return your hardware key(s) to Web Technology Corp. 3) Please send us the shipping information via e-mail (e.g. a tracking number for your return shipment). * Our shipping address will be provided on an invoice described above (See chart "3. Invoice"). |

| 6. Ship Product | We usually make a shipment within few days after we 1) receive your hardware key to be upgraded and 2) confirm the payment to our bank account or your credit card transaction. |
