Web Technology Corp. is the sole owner of the information collected from the website viewer requesting our products to purchase or evaluate. Web Technology Corp. collects information from our users via online forms and/or fax.

Order

We request information from the user requesting our product to purchase via fax only, which the order format is described on our websites. A user is required to provide contact information (such as name, e-mail, telephone number, fax number, shipping address and company name) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). A user requesting a quotation in prior to an actual purchase order may use our online form protected with SSL for the inquiry and is required to provide contact information alone. We strictly limit financial information collection via fax only. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user.

Information Use

Web Technology Corp. uses the information collected from the user for confirming certain licensee agreements with certain third party companies, billing, shipping and providing up-to-date products' information to the user. We also use this information to provide customer service to our users.

Communications from the Site

We occasionally send our users up-to-date information (such as for new products, services, and special deals) to the user who contacted to us. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications by any method of contacting us from this form.

Security

We make every effort to protect our users' information. We request fax or our online form protected with SSL to provide us the user information. When our online inquiry form asks users to enter their contact information (such as name, e-mail, telephone number, fax number, shipping address and of company), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption protocol in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our inquiry form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when users are just 'surfing'. The information collected from the users is protected both online and off-line by locks and passwords, and they are accessible only to limited employees who perform our product sales and information releases.

Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating Personal Information

If a user's information changes (such as zip code, phone, e-mail, or postal address), or if a user no longer wishes our service, the user can contact us and claim the change.
